Stock Control
Stock Control stores your stock levels, order history, and product information in the Cloud, allowing you to keep track of your stock levels wherever you are and manage this data with the rest of your team.
Low stock alerts will notify you of items being used, enabling you to reorder well before running out. These alerts can be customised per item to be sent earlier or later depending on how quickly you use the item or how long it takes to have more delivered.
Built in team management tools allow you to grant access to more people inside your company allowing them to update stock levels from their device, making sure the information is accurate and up to date.
Access can also be removed at any time if somebody leaves the company.
Stock Control supports Multiple Premises Monitoring to allow you to keep track of stock levels across multiple stock rooms or warehouses whilst also keeping a total inventory combining the data from all of your locations.
Stock Control also supports multiple quantity formats so you can use integer values to keep track of the quantity of an item or use decimal values to keep track of measurements of materials.
Stock Control is a web based app which can be accessed from any device with a web browser and doesn’t require installation of any software.
